I AM AN OXYMORON: God's Purpose of Food and EXPLICIT LYRICS

Haha now this Blog will make you go huh? What an oxymoron Stephanie is. LOL And let me explain why. Well The first portion of it is actually a re-post from something my Husband posted. If you've followed along long enough, or know me from the boards, or in real life you know religion discussions are something I generally tend to either stear clear of OR have strong feelings about. I try not discuss it much because I feel it is such a PERSONAL issue. And well my husband does not like those who push religion even less than myself so its ironic that he found something that used the name God as the creator in it.

For the purpose of the blog take the word God out of the equation and replace it with creator, or Bob ;) whatever you need to fit your beliefs. Our lives and bodies are so intricate no one can deny that. This is a very interesting read:

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... And YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

Think of everything listed here and then think of what the average American eats. Now think of all the medical problems that ensue. Interesting read indeed. Whether or not its just merely intricate unique interpretation, all of it actually rings true.

I am still through and through a determined gym rat at heart :) So after you eat all those healthy all natural healing foods... add in some protein and HIT THE WEIGHTS!!!
